JSON Notes

JSON stands for JavaScript Object Notation.

AJAX is used to send data between client and server without having to refresh the browser page. AJAX stands for Asynchronous Javascript and XML; however JSON is now used with AJAX more than XML.

XMLHttpRequest Object - Browser object that can be used to request data from a server without having to refresh the web page.
